Refund policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
- You can return an item for a refund within 14 days of the date of delivery of the item, even if the item is not faulty. You are responsible for return postage costs.
- We do not refund custom or personalised items, or the original postage cost, unless the item is faulty.
- Ensure the item you are returning is unworn and in any original packaging unless faulty, otherwise we may not be able to accept the item for return.
- Package your item securely and include the Returns Form in the packaging with your returned item.
- Label your package. You can either use the label on the Returns Form or hand-write the address (RivalKit Returns, PO Box 5096, Alexandria, G83 3DB) on a label and securely attach it to the parcel.
- We recommend that you obtain proof of postage before sending any items back to us.
- Refunds will be processed with 2 working days of receipt provided we have received the item within 14 days of date of delivery.
- We do not offer size exchanges. Please return the item and reorder your correct size.
