Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  1. You can return an item for a refund within 14 days of the date of delivery of the item, even if the item is not faulty. You are responsible for return postage costs. 
  2. We do not refund custom or personalised items, or the original postage cost, unless the item is faulty. 
  3. Ensure the item you are returning is unworn and in any original packaging unless faulty, otherwise we may not be able to accept the item for return.
  4. Package your item securely and include the Returns Form in the packaging with your returned item. 
  5. Label your package. You can either use the label on the Returns Form or hand-write the address (RivalKit Returns, PO Box 5096, Alexandria, G83 3DB) on a label and securely attach it to the parcel. 
  6. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage before sending any items back to us.
  7. Refunds will be processed with 2 working days of receipt provided we have received the item within 14 days of date of delivery.
  8. We do not offer size exchanges. Please return the item and reorder your correct size.
