Our new customer service app provides real-time updates on product status throughout the entire production and shipping process, with more precise shipping dates. It also simplifies club onboarding, designing new items, and offers faster customer service compared to phone or email.

Rival Kit has grown from a small university start-up with the goal of delivering high-quality, fast, and affordable kit to local clubs, to a large kit supplier supplying over 600 clubs in a very fast period. The last 6 months have been very challenging, dealing with the difficulties of rapid growth during Covid, Brexit, and global supply chain issues.
